Arrow Dental Centre began in 2017 with our first dental clinic in Nairobi CBD, founded to provide professional, affordable dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Today, we have grown into one of the best dental clinic networks in Kenya, with branches in Nairobi CBD, Thika Road (CPA Centre), Thika Town (Gateway Plaza).

Our team of experienced dentists in Nairobi and Thika provide personalized care using modern technology and evidence-based treatment. In 2025, we launched Kenya’s first multi-specialist digital dental centre, bringing orthodontists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists together under one roof with advanced 3D imaging and CAD/CAM technology. We remain committed to making dental care accessible to individuals and families across Nairobi, Thika, and the surrounding areas.

As a trusted dental clinic in Nairobi, we combine modern technology with compassionate care to help every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile. Meet Dr Chege Mbiu

Dr Chege Mbiu is a general dentist with over 10 years of experience in both the public and private health sectors. He has advanced training and interest in orthodontics, dental implants, and cosmetic dentistry. He has personally overseen thousands of dental procedures across the Arrow Dental network.

He works closely with patients to provide compassionate, personalized dental care. As a reputable and widely regarded clinician, he is committed to helping people lead happy and healthy lives by providing comprehensive oral care across different specialties.

Beyond the chair, Dr Chege has been a frequent contributor to Kenyan national media on oral health topics, particularly around World Oral Health Day, championing the message that oral health is inseparable from overall wellbeing.

Arrow Dental Digital Centre is a modern dental hub for specialized treatment, using advanced technology (Computer-guided dental implants, 3D CBCT X-ray with AI, custom-made veneers, laser whitening, digital smile design, 3D-printed mouthguards) to improve diagnosis, precision, and results for complex dental procedures.
Are quality standards and pricing different across the locations?
At Arrow Dental, we aim to provide personalized and affordable dental care across our locations, with clear guidance and written quotes before treatment begins. Since some complex procedures are handled at the Digital Centre, pricing may depend on the treatment plan, but patients can expect transparent and consistent communication across branches.
Can I begin a treatment at one branch and handle follow-ups at another?
Yes. Our locations work together, and complex cases such as implants, complex orthodontics, and 3D-guided procedures can be referred to the Digital Centre for specialized care. This makes it easier to start your treatment at one branch and continue follow-ups at the location that best suits your schedule.
Why does a multi-specialist network offer better protection than a standard standalone clinic?

For complex cases, our network allows us to handle treatment internally through the Digital Centre instead of relying only on a single general practice setup.

Does Arrow Dental offer flexible payment plans for braces and dental implants?
Yes. We offer flexible payment plans to make orthodontic and dental implant treatment more affordable. If you’re wondering about the cost of braces in Kenya, braces start from Ksh 90,000 per jaw or Ksh 160,000 for both jaws, with both metal and ceramic options available. The cost of dental implants in Kenya starts from Ksh 140,000 for the implant fixture, while the dental crown is priced separately. During your consultation, we’ll explain your treatment options, provide a personalized quote, and discuss a payment plan that works for you.
